SDF-ⅠⅡⅢⅣ series counter-rotating high-pressure axial flow tunnel fans are mainly used in high-speed railways, expressways, railways, subways, water diversion tunnels, chemical warehouses, municipal cable tunnels, metal mine tunnels and other fields. The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 60 °C, the temperature is not greater than 95±3% (25 °C) and non-corrosive.

Features

The overall structure is simple and compact
This series of ventilators are composed of a current collector, a primary fan, a secondary fan, a motor, and a bipolar muffler. The body and structure are welded by steel plates, and the impeller is made of high-pressure precision casting of aluminum alloy.

Advanced technology
The impeller adopts the international advanced three-dimensional flow aerodynamic theory, variable-sweep combined orthogonal blades and aircraft turbine engine blades and many other high-tech designs and manufactures, which are at the advanced level at home and abroad.

Reduce energy consumption and save energy
According to the length of the tunnel excavation face and the different ventilation requirements of the roadway, it can be used as a whole machine or in stages, so as to reduce energy consumption and save energy. It is an ideal equipment for long-distance local ventilation in tunnel excavation.

Ultra-quiet
The muffler adopts an outsourcing compound noise reduction device, and the main engine is equipped with a muffler, and the whole machine has the characteristics of ultra-quiet.
